Excess deduction of balance in Airtel
I ve recharged with rs.69 on my airtel no.9730104886 on 22 september 2012 around 10pm, which has benefit of calling local calls at 1paisa/2sec.I recvd D confirmation message also.Bt wen I called after few minutes of recharge,I was charged rs.1.50 for only 38 sec,which according to plan should be charged 19 paisa.I called to customer care and asked for solving my query,but they ve not responded to me,infact put my cal on hold.I ve tried many times,bt they ve not responded to me positively,infact argued wid me,and rejected my cal.So plz help me to regain my balance and feel sory for dis type of misbehaving.
