Unwanted deduction by tata docomo

Sir, I am using tata docomo and this is the third time when tata docomo service provider have deducted balance for unwanted services . As per habit this time rs.24 have been deducted for mfrt service which is never subscribed by me.So I request to return rs.24 to my mobile balance and this kind of unwanted services may not be activated autometically. Thanks
