Rechargeitnow recharge failure but amount deducted

Sir, I tried to recharge my dishtv of rs.700 through online with my login in dishtv on 09-09-2012 at 11.40am.Then it directs a link to www.Rechargeitnow.Com and then redirected to a payment gateway called "payu" and I used my state bank of india netbanking after amount deducted it again directs to payu and atlast it shows "transaction failed".But I got a reference numberfor my transaction too.The details are dishtv VC no:01500856087 payment gateway:payu time of recharge:11.40am reference number:igc7344170 bank statement: ref no:5869525igc7344170 transfer to 9294 narration:to transfer inb ibibo web pvt. Ltd. Already I sent above details to @rechargeitnow.Org.But they have responded for the recharge done at 12.17pm on 09-09-2012.Also I do know that recharge done successfully.And I'M here asking about the recharge done at 11.40am and for this confusion only I have clearly mentioned bank reference number and bank statement.But still I dont get a proper response.So kindly do the needful for me to refund my amount.
