Register post ad receipt not issued

I have register post a.D. On the date of 01-08-2012 the time is 15 ; 54 the register post a.D. No. Rg505500885in and then after date 05-09-2012 I am going to complaint in post office at : race course branch, vadodara-390007, gujarat and say that the officer that I have not issued receipt then after the officer says that the receipt is issued in few days and says that I have not responsible for this receipt. So I have complaint that the post office.
