Non delivery of gas cylinder

My am owner of hp gas cylinder and my consumer no, is 187. I have booked the cylinder on /12. But till date not supplied by the agency. The phone no. Provided to consumer is 190. Mostly these two phones remain engaged or not attended by agency. Even after lapse of 20 days no delivery given.
