LIC re insure life software not working

I have purchase software for life insurance corporation of india as an agent soft ware . With in two month this dose not work and show unauthorized application .When I try to contract mrs suoriya not receive phone call. Many many call one day receive call and told me give me two customer I will reactivated your software.Although I give them two customer but till date they not activated my software.
