Timtara not refunding money after cancellation

I placed the order for canon dslr 550d dslr with timtara.Com on 30th june 2012.The order ID number is 1078 . Intially they committed to deliver the product within 10 days. But after 2 months also I didn't received my product. Out of frustration I cancelled the ordered and asked for refund. Its been 2 months they have not refunded my money back. Everytime I call customer care , they say that you complaint is forwarded and backend department eill get in touch with you. But I dont recieve any call or mail. I also mailed there employees but they also dnt reply. Please help me getting my money back from this fraud company. Order is in name of nanda films and advertisers order ID : 1078 .
