Dishtv recharge amount debited but not recharged yet

I transact my recharge for my dishtv by sbi online banking amounting rs.550 by ibibo web pvt. Ltd.Which transaction no. 5857767igc7311465 on 9th september 2012 but still no recharged and debited amount is not yet deposited.
