I had ordered a tablet pc( xelectron ws 707) through naaptol on 5th of august and I got it delivered on 21st of august. But they had sent a damaged product. I had earlier registered a complaint in grahakseva about this and naaptol people called me and promised me to give a replacement. I had returned the defective product to their office on 3rd of september 012. But till now, I haven't got either any information or replacement of the product. They are cheating many people like this. I have seen many complaints about them in this section. I had purchased many products from tradus and snapdeal but I never had any bad experience. This was my first experience and they have cheated me. Please publish this complaint repeatedly in your section so that they will not cheat anybody in future. Regards, radhakrishnan
