Hyundai i20 fuel tube punctured

I have purchased hyundai i20 petrol version from popular motor world (popular hyundai) from karamana, thiruvananthapuram. After about 6 months I kept the car idle for 5 days and parked in my residence's porch, as I was away on tour. Coming back to home, I started the car to see fuel leak from underneath body, just below front passenger seat. I contacted the dealer' s service who advised not to start the car again and wait for their mechanic next day. Next day a boy (mechanic) reached my home, stated the car, seeing the strong fuel leak, switched off the engine and told me to get the car towed to their work shop in my cost. He arranged for towing the vehicle to work shop on my payment of rs.2000/- After lot of tele calls I got the car repaired after one week (time they say for getting the fuel pipe from factory). The fuel pipe replacement and labour charge, another rs.1400/- The fault conveyed to me is that the fuel pipeline (ruber tube) got punctured due to some sort of stone hit. Physical verification of the tube reveals an almost microscopic punture on it, which surely cant be of any stone hit. And the vehicle was used and parked idle for 5 days. My grievance is 1 futility of using tender rubber tube as high pressure lengthier fuel liner. 2. Towing charge (rs.2000/-) To the customer 3.Service/Repair charge (rs.1400/-) To the customer these queries remain un answered by popular motor world thiruvananthapuram (karamana)
