Tata docomo deducted rs 60 wrongly

Though I have not requested for any service, on 2012 9.39 pm) I got some messages from my tata docomo service provider stating that song book & caller tune services have been activated for 1 month and rs 30 has been charged for each. I tried to contact customer care immediately but the line was blocked. When I got the line after 7 days they told that I myself activated the services & there is no question of refund as I have contacted after 48 hrs. But I tried to contact several times from my own and neighbour's phone within 48 hrs but the line was blocked. Also the services have been deactivated without any intimation by me, after 7 days of activation. I want justice.
