Over billing in electric house connection due to wrong reading taken by reader
My ivrs no.5345029182251.Bill"month 012" is rs/- 1.00 wrong reading taken by reader.In meter old reading is 3183 and current reading is 13442.So actual consumption for the month is 259 unit .But bill is issued against 606 units.Please correct it.Because I have no time for go to mpseb office.

Yes I agree with mishraji bill is wrongly issued please coeect it.
Reader is not authentic person who collect door to door correct meter reading .He is generally variate reading with money.And where didI not find money.Then reading is so high mentioned.Ultimately consumer suffered.So please taken needful action in wrong billing immediately.Thank you.
