I received a message on my mobile that I have won pol0 club watch and pay rs,1499 + 200 shipping charges, pl order and when I booked the order I specially confired from the lady who was booking the order that it is single watch as I was confused after seeing the message sent to me and she confirmed me that one good quality watch will be sent and performance is good. When I open the packet cost in this after making payment to the corrier, I was showed, there was three watches and one was out of order and packing boxes were also in bad condition. Immediately I informed to the company but the response was very poor. They told me after some time they revert on the subject. Company representative kept mom why this cheating was done?. I immediately want refund of my money and ready to return articales sent to me in very poor condition. The quality of steps were also poor and no body will like to purchase. Such a big company will dicive the customer it will adversely effect the position of the company and I am thinking to go in press confferance to show the product sent to me and also to advise the response of the representative of the company.
