Travelyaari.com never initiated refund

I booked a ticket with travelyaari.Com for my parents to travel from bangalore to trivandrum on 12th august 012. The journey date was 16th aug 012, pnr number (2011805-ts-yar1945485) I paid rs 2000 /- To get the tickets from the site. But due to unforeseen circumstances they had to reschedule the journey and I had to cancel the ticket, on cancellation it was mentioned that I will be getting a refund of rs.1200 /- As it was 8 hours before the journey time. I cancelled it and got a conformation through mail, but till now I haven't received the refund. I tried contacting the customer care of the website 10 times and each time they reply back they have sent mail to the officials and they haven't received any reply from the team. I requested them to raise a complaint and provide a complaint number, for which they say there is no such thing put in place to raise a complaint and they refused to give a complaint number. Please help me get the refund from this fradulant website. It's been more than a month since my money is stuck with them. Booking date : 12th august 012.
