Printed hard copy of Bajaj allianz premium paid not received till now

After submitting my payment of premium on 12/06/2012 ,I get the message that given in details below. But no permanent premium receipt received till now. Please guide me about this matter. Policy number:- 9675 online receipt number:- 6977 date :- 12/6/2012 name of the policy holder :- mr sudarsan sarkar address:- s/O- ranajit kumar sarkar qno-b-55/2~ps- sadaipur, suri po- bk t p p township birbhum west bengal pin code :- 1104 transaction ID :- mspg2753231292 received with thanks from mr sudarsan sarkar amount of rs. 0.00 towards the renewal premium account for the policy no. 9675 for the dues 2012 please click on print receipt button to get receipt. You can also get receipt from view payments. Please note that the permanent premium receipt will be sent to the above mailing address.
