Rechargeitnow deducted account but not recharged
I have recharged my mobile by rs.50=through rechargeit now.Com the amount was deducted from my e banking account on 30-08-2012 by order no.E bil/000000000005$cca12hadr908/524812 but till now neither it has been credited back in account nor credited in mobile account and another recharge of rs.200 was recharged for airtel dth on 31-08-2002 deducting from my account under no.Ebil000000000005 $cca12hads264/526151 but not credited to dth account neither reversed back to bank account till now

kindly recheck & provide us the following information with your bank account statement and mark a mail on resolution@rechargeitnow.Org
• mobile/VC number recharged
• name of the mobile/Dth operator (eg. Idea bpl dish tv etc.)
• Date and exact/ Approximate time of recharge
• amount with which you recharged your mobile/Dth
• transaction I.D. Of the recharge that failed
• name of payment gateway
• e-mail used
we will start looking into the problem as soon as you provide us the above mentioned information.

I have recharged by 98 for vodafone two times but recharge was not succesful but amount deducted by my account
