Bsnl sim card not provided with penta tab

I had booked my t-pad is701r (with bsnl sim card) in mar'12. An e-mail I have received form pantel technologies pvt. Ltd. On 5.12 that congratulations, your penta t-pad delivery is ready and you will pay challn on any pnb bank. After clearing all procedure for payment I was no of chessing the dely. About my t-pad. When I received my t-pad the no bsnl sim was placed. I had already informed to customer care and mailed also. I had also sent so many reminder to many times but send my bsnl sim card.Because of this I am not able to use my t-pad.
