Nokia N-8 service not received from Nokia

I am very disappointed, with the service of nokia, I own a nokia n-8 imei 6246 device, which I had purchased on 21/Jan/2012 from nokia priority centre (saakar jewellers,487 M.G road, near lal IMLI shop) indore, after3 month I faced a problem in charging the moblie. I was not able to charge my mobile via any of way neither from charging point nor via usb. With this problem I contacted nokia care centre at khandwa, (malay synergy, khandwa, they had denied to repair, with this disappointment I sent the mobile to nokia care centre indore ( gayatri incorporation, indore) where not only they have charged me for repair inspite of the fact that the device was in warranty period. After they returned me the device it was still in the same condition as at the time when I submitted it to them for repair , necessary requirement I am attaching here. After getting my mobile back in dead position, I sent back it to nokia care centre indore ( gayatri incorporation, indore) with in 7 days, now again they are asking for more charge to repair it. Now my expectation & requirement from you is I want my my device in ok condition, either repaired completely if not possible then replaced it with a new one. And please note I am not in the mood to give a single penny to repair my device I have complete faith on nokia customer care, so please don't vanish it & dont force me to go by legal way. Thanks
