I got a call from the executive of tata docomo on 13 august 2012 regarding post paid plans. The lady over the phone elaborated me the plans. I showed my interest and she send her executive to my office to collect the documents (driving license, pan card, local adress proff- allotment letter of govt quarters in which I am staying at present, one passport size photo) and cheque amounting rs.899. The executive said all these document are enough to have a post paid connection. My connection got activated on 012. On 2012 outgoing calls were barred from my number conveying me that documents are not submitted. I called the executive to tell her the problem but they are not picking the phone. I am also not getting any response from toll free number 121. I request you to please take up the matter and help me out. Kindly get my connection 747) activated or refund my money back. I wanted a hassle free service as because of my job I cannot spend my time in all this things. I request that plaese solve the issue so that I should not escalate the matter further.
