Reliance wrongly activate the monthly sms pack of rs-39 twice in this month

This is to inform u that I M sangita, using your gsm mobile service in odisha and my number is-9861446777.But I have faced the problem that, this month your monthly sms pack of rs-39 has been activated twice in my number.Once it was activated on dt-06-08-2012 and again it is activated on today and the date is 21-08-2012.Which has suppose to activate on monthly basis. I have tried your number I:e:9861098610,,198,,*333 etc but I have not able 2 talk with any of your customer care executives,since I have tried from today morning but till now I am not able to connect through.. and secondly two times when I got connection through your customer care but they are not able to solve my problem becoz they told that we are unable to solve your problem because you are calling from odisha,, we only transfer the call 2 odia executive and they would reply it.. how ridiculous your service is I can't explain.. since morning I have tried but not connected,, and when its got connected with executives they replied me we transfer it plesae be online.. but two times I am waiting but no result is getting to get through connected with odia executives...what to do now? please solve my problem as soon as possible and I want my money back which has been deducted wrongly from my account. Hoping for a positive response from your side.
