Lost my mobile nokia 5600

In the yr 2010 march, I was in delhi for some temporary duty. My phone was stolen in gopinath market in the evening, I launched a report to sadar bazaar police stn, they gave a lukewarm response. I spoke to the sho sadar bazar and explained my problem , I produce the copy of the complain in feb 2012 and asked to take some action same cold response. Pl guide
