Airtel 3g network unavailable

I yesterday on 012, purchased new airtel prepaid number 9536 and paid for 1 gb of 3g data. But airtel 3g network is not available therefore not able to enjoy 3g data. I lost my money. Airtel 3g network is not working at all..

See these devices are made to roam along; it is quite possible that 3g is not available at your place but while travelling with your laptop along with the dongle you may find it working at other places where there is the required coverage... you may want to test the dongle/Sim at any of your friend's computer and check the speed there. I personally have purchased a stick on 18-aug and I am getting not less than 3.8 mbps (peak is 4.3 mbps). :)... good luck.

Airtel 3g network is available here at modinagar.. but there is some technical fault this time ... or any problem with my sim ... anyways I am not getting 3g network for which I have paid money to airtel ... airtel looted my money... dont trust airtel..

I am the student of b.E. Final year.I have to work on internet no of time.But as 3g tower is not set in our village its become very difficult to serve wepages.If it is possible then please set up 3g tower in our town..
