None delivery of hp gas cylinder

Our consumer no 784. I booked gas cylinder last month 25th july, cylinder recd., 26th july that time refilled cylinder given because we are having one cylinder if we can’t take it will going delay that’s why we taken cylinder, this time we booked cylinder completely finish of cylinder for home delivery 5 days back, still not yet recd., We are using small cylinder of 5kgs its going only 4 days now second cylinder using each cylinder cost 200/-For 4days, we are belongs middle class family, each small cylinder cost 00/- Means very much for us, could please take immediate action and to solve our problem.
