On 16 th august 2012 I bought a airtel 3g sim from a retailer for 599 rs which was loaded with 3g data of 4gb. As per plan airtel should provide 3 mbps speed but from the day I bought when I tried to connect to internet through my pc am getting speed of 0.08 mbps that is not even 2g speed. I contacted customer care several times on this issue, I configured my data card settings as per the steps suggested by their technical team they too are not able to solve my problem even my though signal strength is showing good.
