I am a resident of new delhi had taken a broadband connection from tikona on march 2nd 012. Subscriber ID: 2045 I opted for a 3 month prepaid plan and paid 1500 rs (data usage) and 500 rs for installation. As I was unhappy with the service a disconnection request was sent to the customer care email ID on 10th of may and 25th of may 012. The last time the service was used by me was on 9th may 012. As per the customer care executive the disconnection was processed on 26th of may and I received a mail regarding the disconnection request on 28th of may 012. The docket number is 254. But on jun 4th they sent a bill (bill no: b1-34487502) to my mail ID which said that recurring charges from 26- may-2012 to 25-aug-2012 is 1499 and the total bill due is 417. Since the bill was generated after my disconnection request and I had not used the service after 9th of may I refused to pay the bill and called the customer care official stating the same. A request number was given and the official said I need not pay the amount. The request number is 876. After that I had received various calls from the tikona bill collection agents who pretended to be an advocate from mumbai high court and said a case has been filed against me and the case will be closed only if I paid the bill amount. The calls were made from the following mobile numbers 3926 on 14th of august 8165 on 4th of august I would like to get a full and final settlement from tikona as the same has not been done till date.
