Uid card rejection

I applied for uid with my wife on 011. My wife meena bisht received her uid card today but I DID not recieve the same.When I checked my uid status ,its socking when I got a information on screen that, 'your application has been rejected-reason code-pkt_rdemo_data_quality_reject' my enrollment no. Is - 1154 date- 05/12/2011 time- 16:07:43 now I would like to know what should I do to get my uid card as soon as possible. -Regards manmohan singh bisht
