Deduction in airtel prepaid balance

I have been using airtel from last five years and more. But recently I am fed up of unnecessary deductions in the balance of my prepaid balance account. Airtel pc tv was activated for my prepaid mobile no.9535945756. After that I had called customer care center to deactivate the same. I was not using mobile for last four months and balance was zero.I recharged my mobile for rs. 100 0n 201, account balance was rs.86, but when I checked the balance amount on .12, balance was rs.1. The remaining amount was deducted for airtel pc tv for 17 days. I checked for the active services on my mobile by sending a message stop to 121, I received message telling that there are no active service for the particular number. If there is no active service for this number, why rs.85 was deducted?. Regarding this I called customer care number,asked refund of amount rs.85 and was told it has been deducted for airtel pc tv. As already there are no active services subscribed, how that amount was deducted. Most of time I have experienced with these people whenever you recharge your mobile,these people will be waiting like beggars to deduct your balance for one or the other reason. And one more thing, most of the services from airtel there will be activation process and codes, but they will not send the option for deactivation of the same. For that you have to call customer care number that too one of the useless customer care. You have to struggle to reach them. One more funny thing I want to share here whenever I activate for 50 mb data usage keeping mu balance nil, I can download 5 video songs of 10 mb, nothing happens to my main balance because it will be already nil balance. But whenever I subscribe for 50 mb data for rs.5 keeping my main balance say for example rs.100 and start to download the same 5 videos of 10 mb each, I will be surprised to see that my main balance of rs.100 will be deducted. Like this airtel people are looting the people. So be careful about airtel. Now a days we will get airtel sim with already stored some airtel services activation numbers like al- freinds chat, airtel tv, airtel live,airtel cricket etc, that is one of the technique to loot people that too rural uneducated people because they will not knowing whats that? simply they call those stored numbers and some or the other services will be activated and poor people will not be aware of this, they keep on recharging their mobile. Bad for poor people.
