Please refer to my earlier complain no.81022. I lik to inform you that as per my complaint futurebazaar as well as koryo world advised me to drop my handset to their outlet so that they can replace it on availability of stock. In this regard I found so many complaint from other customers similarly to me and they have not been able to get replacement/Refund even after one year lapsed. So I can't rely upon them whether I will get back my handset replaced. As futurebazaar already asked me that within 15 days of delivery the product can be replaced and I repeatedly informed them that the product damaged after about one month. Again I requested them to send fresh one to their outlet and inform me to get replacement with due verification and proper identification as per norms but they refused to do so. Hence I want to lodge further complain against their whimsical attitude and the customer be in trapped by their unfair dealings.
