Paid airtel mobile bill through netbanking- transaction failed but amount deducted

Sir, I made payment of monthly bill of my postpaid mobile connection through netbanking. I tried three times but transactions failed all the three times. However amount was deducted all the three times from my bank account. Please help me to get my cash back. Transaction details given below- 1. Epay/To:techprocess/10187830/Airtel bill 2.
