Sir, this is sarath kumar.I tried to recharge my tataindicom mobile online.I recharged online on tataindicom portal,the amount is deducted but the recharge is unsuccessful .The details in mail after payment are as follows "thank you for using ichoose.In to recharge your tata service. We confirm that your payment has been successfully received and recharge request has been processed. Your transaction details are as follows: transaction ID: i29927505812 mobile no/ Subscriber ID: 3015 amount: 0.00 date-time: 05-08-2012 07:55:29 am status: payment success" but the recharge has failed.I received the mail as follows " this is to confirm that we have received your 'failed recharge' request as per the following details- track ID: i00048050812 name: sarath kumar email: @gmail.Com mobile no/Dth subscriber ID recharged: 3015 date of transaction: 8-05 " I kept to complaint to them . But there is no response to my complaint. Please refund my money.
