Damaged and non functional products delivered by 100bestbuy

1. I had ordered a ipod nano (as claimed in the advertisement)for total cost of rs 499. Order no 4657 , date 18 jan 012. This product was delivered to me which I found out was just a cheap mp3 player. It was not even working. The headphones given by the company were damaged. The memory card provided was also not functional. The just sent some junk for rs 499, whereas the add claimed it was supposed to be ipod nano . 2. On the same day I had ordered a ladies watch, which the company claimed was just for rs 95, when I placed the final order, they levied some unrealistic shipping charges and the product and the total cost was rs 391. Order no 1964 . When I received the product , the glass of the watch was in broken condition(corner was broken most probably due to mishandling). The watch quality was very cheap. 3. These products I ordered were to be gifted to someone as a birthday gift, but such non functional and damaged products disappointed me. The products were entirely different than what the company was claiming on the web site. 4. I immediately tried to call them on their so called customer service number, which as I expected was again a fraud. I had submitted a online grievance, but nothing concrete happened after that. 5. Again after 6 months I am complaining on your website on suggestion of a friend. I am still hopefull.
