I had done online recharge of my mobile through www.Rechargeitnow.Com using net-banking but during transaction the session expires and when I check my account balance the amount is deducted. I also register a formal complaint on their site at the same time I.E. 07/08/2012 and got a mail stating the following: "this is to confirm that we have received your 'failed recharge' request as per the following details- track ID: 0812 name: saurabh chahal email: @gmail.Com mobile no/Dth subscriber ID recharged: 3736 date of transaction: -07" but now 4 days are over and I didn't hear anything from them. Please provide me the resolution asap.
