Regarding outgoing in Vodafone

By using the facility of portability I ported my no.From reliance to vodafone and now I am facing the problem of outgoing. I visited vodafone store thrice and they are just giving me lame excuses, that your number will be activated tomorrow but now its three day passed and nothing happened. My number is 065. I am facing difficulties in contacting anybody and as I am student I have to leave my classes to visit the store but they are doing nothing help me for this issue.
