Regarding bsnl mobile recharge through Paytm

On 9 aug 2012 I had recharged my mobile through paytm of rs50each I.E rs100 ahd it was debited through my account but on my mobile the amount was not credited and I DID not receive any message from paytm or bsnl. But when I checked my bank statement it showed me the following debited amount pos prch pos 1166 paytm.Com noida pos prch pos 1518 paytm.Com noida
