Indian oil corp agnecy delivered leakage cylinder

Hello, I am in bikaner and our service dealer is flame gas. We had a leakage in gas cylinder that they delivered. Despite of calling them again and again they have not come yet to collect the cylinder back. My kitchen is very open else there would have been a serious accident. My consumer no is 701.
