KB Paul avenue birth place of dengu and malaria

I live in north kolkata near b. K. Paul avenue, ward no. - 18. There is a temple beside our house. Many people live in this temple. They have no any bathroom. So they use an open area beside our house as a bathroom. We are very upset about this. We can't live for this dirty place. They don't use water. For this, mosquitoes are growing. But nobody care. The municipal officers visit here weekly. We have told them a number of times about this. But they don't want to take any step. Please do the needful and oblige. It is my heartiest request. Please treat it as an urgent basis.
