Can't recharge due to uninor server problem and full balance deduct

Sir, I am your 2years old customer.My name is sudipta bairagya and my uninor no is 8436360767.Every month I used to recharge with197 at the my last recharge due date.Thats why I have got a huge time balance in my a/C.This month my last recharge date was 4th august 2012.But that particular day(04.08.2012) I couldn't recharge my number because of a huge server problem was happened to uninor network through out the day.And my all time balance of the number(8436360767) has gone the very next day. And from then to till today I am calling customer care,I do visit krishnanagar uninor store but they cant do anything for me.But in that particular case this is not my fault.And I also do recharge with 197 two times on 2012 for time balance.So sir I request you that please give me back my only u2o time call balance.Its a genuine problem of uninor server and I also got a sms from uninor in that issue.So please please do something for my u2o time call balance.
