Service lane encroachment for parking

Service lane encroachment for parking - I am residing in bm (west), shalimar bagh, delhi for last 30 years. Now a days some residents who have corner plots / Property have started encroaching the service lane next to their house for parking of their vehicles, which is creating inconveniences to the residents and traffic jams in the block.
