Misbehave of karunamayee nursing home.

Respected authority, actually I wanted to know about my rights as a consumer.I admitted my mom in a nursing home in diamond harbour. She was suffering in dehydration. The next day I just asking them to give me the details about her treatment. In discharge form doctor(rmo)prescribe few medicine."Can I have the details of treatment?"I just ask them,because my mom has high blood presser,if my doc wanted to know about her treatment.But I I got rude behave from them.They said know where gave this information.They refuse to give me the medicine bill. At last they gave bill like this- nursing charge-rs..,medicine-...,doc fees-...,etc. I just want to know we don't have the right to know about what treatment our patience got? they admitted patient without presented of rmo. Rmo visit there only two times in the morning after 10am and in the evening after 6pm.Without presenting of rmo they started treatment. Mothers delivery also occurred without doc/Rmo. Most of the nursing home of diamond harbour also do the same. Please inform me about role. How can I protest against the system of diamond harbour. When media knows it and dont protest.
