Jeebandeep diagnositic centre gave false report of eeg

Dr.Swapan sinha,mbbs.MD(med).Dnb(med),DM(neoro),dnb(neoro) has given false report on eeg.I have done this test on 25/06/11 and 22/07/12.Though the chart of the eeg is diferent but the doctor has written same report without checking anything.He is just signing on report without going through the report.
