Hdfc harassment and fraud

Hi, I have frustrated with hdfc bank!! details of acc below: name:shilpa karigol acc type: salary acc no :******* I have opened a new salary account with hdfc bank as it has tie up with my company !!! but hdfc has crossed all limits of privacy...first of all they have shared my no with their partners for loan n credit card dept!!! they are calling and harassing me daily!!! even after repeatedly refusing to buy any products!! they are literally harassing me !!! they have opened a demat account on my behalf and deducting money from my acc to buy shares of hdfc bank!!!who gave hdfc the right to do that?? its my hard earned money they are looting and harassing me like this....please help me out of this trouble I am ready to take a legal action against hdfc bank!!! they hire goondas to collect their loan and credit card bills now even they hire for marketing!! when I refuse to buy they start harassing me/They call from different nos daily!!!
