Gas cylinder delivery not on time

We booked gas on 26 june 2012 at punsub gas agency batala road amritsar but till date 9 aug 012, no any delivery of gas at my home when I asked so many times to the agency employees they give un-satisfactory answer and DID not take any action on this matter, and they are not behaving well with customers. Please do something for common people its really appreciable and thankful. Ramandeep singh
