Parking problem in big bazaar

Hi, I am regular customer gangulybagan bigbazar . I put my cycle in the parking space. Today when I want to put my cycle in the parking the security guard tell me that is not allowed. Please tell me what is the appropriate rull for cycle parking and please tell me if bigbazar is responsible when I put my cycle outside and it is lost. Please give some reasonable answer.
