Poor service and mismanagement of tour by north east wonder

The tour was arranged from I tarsi(darjeeling to gangtok)from16.5.2012to25.5.2012 in a/C 3 coach which was not cleaned in the entire journey on request to attendant&tour co coordinator mr. Lovlin 2)we all 64 passengers faced lot of inconvenience in patna due detachment of coach 8 hrs. Without power in a/C coach in hot summer.3) there was no water in hotel garuda (darjeeling)in 50% rooms similarly in hotel lakar (gangtok)the similar condition exist and the hotel was ordinary not of 3 star rating as assured 4) as per scheduled program me of site seen in gangtok to visit baba mandir out of 64 tourist only 8 of them visited remaining refused by mr. Mukherjee programme co coordinator of north east wonder. With the above facts we faced lot of inconvenience and wasted our money due to lack of communication and mismanagement of tour
