Birla sun life insurance fraud n cheating

Trailing to my previous complaint no 277. Today (10th august 012) I got a call from mr. Avinash shrivastav (mobile no: 903) (saying that calling from bsli head office delhi) at 12:16pm. He initially told me that your due is for policy premium of rs 000( policy no: 64). Then I have asked him for my premium bonus rs.10,000/- Which was commited to be paid in month of may 012. So he replied on that there was some delay in bonus issue and that's why he called me to brief about the bonus. Now he is saying that you pay premium more than rs20,000/- Like rs.25,000/-. Then I will get bonus of rs. 00/- In my account. The calculations he told me are, rs.10,000/- Previous bonus and rs..12,500/- New bonus of my premium of rs.25,000/- Which I have to pay now. And also said that your agent code has been created for the same d012931. Please explain me what all these scraps, is really going through bsli. Alhough I am awaiting for the reply for my previous complaint.
