Naaptol has provided defective X-electron ws777

Last week my brother gifted us a X-electron ws777 tablet through naaptol. We got the shipment but after two days it DID not work properly and the display turns off. The order number is 4521428.I wish to have a refund. When I called up naaptol customer care they asked me to send a complaint mail and they told that they will call me back in 48 hours. But till now I havent got any call.Naaptol must give a refund for me and also it must be banned if it keeps on selling defective products like this.

I bought one xelectron ws777 sim calling resistive tablet pc from naaptol.Com. My order ID is 4544229. The naaptol sent me a defective product. There were lots of scratches on the touch screen. The product is loading the programmes. It hangs with android icon itself. I made a several complaint to the naaptol.Com.Complaint ids.3366415 33561661 338105 it continues... but there is not proper response from the naaptol. After 10 days one email came from naaptol asking me to go to the local service center. How the local service centers replace the defective product supplied by the naaptol. I want that the product to be replaced with 100% perfect otherwise money to refunded. I want to tell the naaptol not to cheat and to disappoint the customer and change your irresponsible answer or email etc... so dear friends do not buy the products from the naaptol.Com it is a fraud company.

I bought X electron x3 phone with spycam..I used hardly for 4 days I started getting problm with the keypad thn ringer gone..I try contacting thier service centre they say company dint pay for servicing charges to service centre from past 1 year..xelectron company they have formed by eating others money & cheating the customer by giving all junk product which he might hv procure for half price from china

My self parmar pravin singh order no. 5032781 placed on dated 27.09.2012 for purchasing of xelectron tablet pc and received on dated 18.10.2012. Due to some defect were found I talk with customer care and they replied to return back for repairing/Replacement. I have returned xelectron tablet pc returned through courier for repairing/Replacement and contacted timely to customer care to obtain status.

02 after a lapse of 01 month I have received the same tablet pc with same problem it means tablet pc was not checked properly before sending. The details of defect mentioned below:-

01 memory card not supporting.

02 battery life too short I.E. Less than 1 and half hour.

03 some softwares are not working.

03 when I enquired about the courier charges which were paid my me again and again customer care have told to me to courier the tablet at blue dart courier and no charge has been paid by customer but when I reached to blue dart courier the owner has refused to accept due to no confirmation sent by naaptol customer care and the account number provided to me 05 days earlier. So I am cheated by naaptol and xelectron. Now I am again sent the same tablet pc from my own expense for replacement/Repaired.

04 when I enquired earlier regarding tablet pc for repairing/Replacement then customer care have told to me your tablet pc has been replaced then why sent me the same tablet pc without repairing? when I asked for courier from naaptol customer care and they gave me account number with product value and blue dart office number for free courier before 05 days then why confirmation not been sent to concerned courier office. Now I have again sent to naaptol warehouse for replacement/Repairing at my own expenses for repairing/Replacement.
