Tata Nano silencer and pot breakage problem

Silencer n pot breakage problem after purchasing three months. I have purchase the car from jp motors solan himachal pardesh. My car no is hr-49-7006 .... model no is- 2010 registers by subba singh tha tata nano is the best car of pik-up n fuel system...but I M very harassing this problem.Please check my car status in ur system.......I M changed the silencer every time in guaranty period but.This time weld the silencer n jp motors nalagarh are not understand my problems
