Gtm teleshopping is a cheater company

I ordered a tummy fit(slimming oil) ,my order ID/Doc no was-1936.The company gtm teleshopping has took my order and also pass on the ordered product on time with invoice/Challan no:-624 as per advertisement by gtm teleshopping on television, if we do not get expected results(performance is lower),then we can claim for full value back in 30 days from purchase date. My purchase date was 012. I have sent email to gtm teleshopping, called there local customer care centre(483/2,rastha peth,sathak square,4th floor opp.K.E.M.Hospital chowk,pune-411011 maharashtra), also send them sms on-09229364364 to claim for reimbursement of the product value=2500 rs..I DID this within 30 days from my purchase date. As I haven’t got any reply or call back from gtm teleshopping till date, hence I request you to do the needful. I need my 2500 rs cash back as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to go to consumer court for the same.
