Make my trip worst customer service

***Important message regarding makemytrip.Com website **** *******never ever book or buy airline ticket through website or agent ********* recently I have booked an airline ticket through makemytrip agent. After a big fight and went through lot of hassles they have issued e ticket to me even paid full amount (I paid the amount through the payment link what they had advised at the time of booking.) I paid in 2 installment when I paid first time through the link they said that they have received the amount. When I do the same second time they said they have not received the amount. The problem I had gone through furnished below after paid the amount in full 1) makemytrip people said that they haven't received the amount and asked me to wait for 48 hrs to clear the amount 2) after 48 hrs no response from them and then they asked me to wait again 24 more hrs. Again no response. ****Remember until they received your money they will not issue eticket**** 3) whenever you call them you should spend at least 30 mins with customer service people. (Because your agent will never pick up your phone call once your booking is done ) sometimes your call will be disconnected automatically or they will hang up the phone after sometime or they will transfer your call to another agent then we should follow step 3 again 4) finally makemytrip will be replied no money has been credited to their account please check your bank. 5) if you called your bank they will say that the amount has been credited to makemytrip check your agent 6) after a long fight customer service people will transfer your call to account section 7) account people will say " no money has been credited". The money might be stuck in payment gateway. 8) then you should find&call the payment gateway people. If you call them they will say that they have transferred the money to makemytrip and provide details. But still makemytrip people won't accept that. Someone said that the payment link is fake and hacking. My kind obligation, if you know some agent nearby your area please go and book with them.. don't go to makemytrip.Com
