Claimed pf amount not received pls help

I have submitted my all filled forms to my h.O. Which is in mumbai as reliance big entertainment has decided to pack up his business from kolkata and I along with all closing staffs submitted the filled form to our h.O. Hr in month of december 2012 and my all colleagues have got their pf except me and when I called up my hr she told me that she is no more working with the said company and gave me the recent hr mr abhay(09324141210) contact no, but when I called up to know the status he told me that I don't regarding this so send me a mail and I will give you a fresh from and address to you to fill and resubmit again but since last 15 days I am sending mail and asking for the address and forms I am not getting any reply from his side so kindly help me to claim my pf as the above said company is no more in kolkata and its not possible for me to go in mumbai office to fill my pf form. Pls help..
